PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 from the European Parliament and the Council, on the protection of physical persons with regard to processing personal data, the User is hereby informed of the fair processing of their personal data by DIVISIÓN ANATÓMICOS, S.L., authorising this latter to process the data to which they have access as a consequence of browsing through the Internet website, queries, requests or acquisition of any service or product, or any transaction or operation undertaken, for the purposes of offers or advertising/promotional communication and the acquisition of other products or services from DIVISIÓN ANATÓMICOS, S.L., and to maintain the contractual and commercial management relationship with DIVISIÓN ANATÓMICOS, S.L. Should the request not meet the specified requirements, it shall need rectification. The right to access shall only be denied when the request comes from someone who is not the affected party.
